CIRCULAR SAW BLADE PRODUCTION LINE

Machines for Every Step of Carbide Saw Blade Manufacturing

We supply the automatic equipment for every stage of carbide circular saw blade production — from brazing to packaging. Each step is covered by a dedicated, robot-loaded machine, so you can source a full turnkey line or add single stations to an existing workshop.

Circular saw blade center-hole reaming process

Center-Hole Reaming Machines

Reaming machines finish the arbor hole of a blank saw blade to final diameter and concentricity — the reference every later grinding station measures from. Stepper-driven auto-centering holds hole accuracy; robot loading lets one operator tend several machines.

Circular saw blade tooth seat grinding process

Tooth Seat Grinding Machines

Tooth seat grinding machines cut the pocket each carbide tip is later brazed into, so seat depth and pitch accuracy here decide whether the tip ends up sitting square. A precise mechanical feed corrects stamping runout for better blade balance and stability.

Runout corrected to ≤0.05 mm — ~15,000 teeth/shift

02
Circular saw blade polishing process

Blade Polishing Machines

Polishing machines remove grinding marks from the blade body and bring it to an even finish. Coolant-based polishing limits heat so the blade stays flat, and a twin-spindle design polishes alternately to cut idle time, with automatic feed throughout.

Twin-spindle coolant polishing keeps blades flat

Carbide Brazing Machines

High-frequency brazing machines bond each carbide tip into its seat — the joint a finished blade lives or dies on. Fully automatic operation with tight temperature control gives a consistent bond, and robot-arm loading lets one operator run several machines.

±1°C temp control — one operator, up to 10 machines

Circular saw blade sand blasting process

Sand Blasting Machines

Sand blasting machines strip oxide and residue off the blade body and tooth seats, leaving an even surface for the stations that follow. Fully enclosed and eco-friendly, with synchronized guns for fast changeover and dust recovery that reuses abrasive.

Enclosed & eco — ~2,500 blades/shift

05
Circular saw blade weld strength testing process

Weld Strength Testers

Welding strength testers load brazed teeth until they fail, turning the braze from a visual judgement into a measured value. Servo-driven, with programmable peak-force detection and data logging, it runs as a batch check before the teeth are ground.

Tooth Grinding Machines

Tooth grinding machines shape the side, face and back angles that set kerf clearance, hook and relief on every carbide tooth. Full-bus servo PLC control covers a wide range of tooth geometries, and combination machines grind two or three angles in one setup.

Accuracy under 0.02 mm — Hiwin guides, NSK bearings

Circular saw blade cleaning process

Blade Cleaning Machines

Cleaning machines wash grinding fluid and swarf off finished blades before marking and packing. PLC control runs demagnetizing, washing and drying in sequence with output counting, and robot load and unload keeps the station running unattended.

Auto demagnetize, wash & dry — low energy

08
Circular saw blade laser marking process

Laser Marking Machines

Laser marking machines put the brand, the specification and any traceability code onto the finished blade body without touching it. Automatic PLC operation with robot load and unload and an indexing turntable keeps marking stable and fast.

Permanent marking — ~3,600 blades/shift

09
Circular saw blade tube wrapping and packaging process

Packaging Machines

Packaging machines sleeve or tube finished blades for shipping, closing the line. Automatic tube wrapping with robot load and unload and an indexing turntable keeps the station steady; blade diameter and arbor size decide which machine fits.

Automatic tube wrapping — ~3,600 blades/shift
