Full Automatic Double Side Water Polishing Machine (Robot Arm)
The UB-MSP300B is a fully automatic double-side water polishing machine for the bodies of carbide-tipped circular saw blades, and it polishes diamond saw blade bases just as well. Polishing takes both faces of the blade body to an even surface finish — the finish the customer sees on the finished blade. Belts come in 150#, 180# and 320# grit, so the pass can be matched to the finish wanted. The machine works in a fully enclosed cabinet at about 1,200 blades per 8-hour shift, on blades from 100 to 305 mm diameter with arbor sizes 15 to 50 mm, customisable on request. One operator can run 5 to 6 machines.
