Automatic Water-Polishing Machine
The UB-MSP500B is an automatic water polishing machine for the bodies of carbide-tipped circular saw blades, and for diamond saw blades. Polishing takes both faces of the blade body to an even surface finish — the finish the customer sees on the finished blade. Belts come in 150#, 180# and 280# grit, so the pass can be matched to the finish wanted. It covers blades from 100 to 500 mm diameter with arbor sizes 10 to 50 mm, customisable on request, at a shift output of about 1,500 blades. One operator can run several machines.
