Automatic Water-Polishing Machine
The UB-MSP800C is an automatic water polishing machine for the bodies of carbide-tipped circular saw blades, and for diamond saw blades. Polishing takes both faces of the blade body to an even surface finish — the finish the customer sees on the finished blade. This is the large-diameter machine of the polishing group: it takes blades from 100 to 800 mm diameter with arbor sizes 15 to 50 mm, customisable on request, at a shift output of about 500 blades. Belts come in 150#, 180# and 280# grit. One operator can run several machines.
