Automatic Double-Shaft Water Polishing Machine
The UB-MSP305C is an automatic double-shaft water polishing machine for the bodies of carbide-tipped circular saw blades, and for diamond saw blade bases. Polishing takes both faces of the blade body to an even surface finish — the finish the customer sees on the finished blade. Two spindles polish in alternation, so the machine is not standing idle through a workpiece change, which is what gets it to about 3,000 blades per 8-hour shift. Belts come in 150#, 180# and 320# grit. It takes blades from 100 to 305 mm diameter with arbor sizes 15 to 50 mm, and special specifications can be customised.
