Automatic Vertical Side Angle Grinding Machine
The UB-MLC650C is an automatic vertical side angle grinding machine for professional-grade carbide-tipped circular saw blades. Side angle grinding puts the clearance on the two flanks of each carbide tip: the tip stands proud of the blade body on both sides, and these two ground faces are what keep the body from rubbing the wall of the cut. They are brazed carbide rather than steel, so they are ground with a diamond wheel: 180# or 220# on this machine, holding grinding precision to 0.03 mm at 20 teeth a minute. It covers blades from 100 to 650 mm diameter, arbor sizes 15 to 50 mm and tooth pitches 5 to 65 mm. One operator can run several machines.

- Progressive micro-feed with a settable feed amount, for high grinding accuracy and low grinding-wheel wear
