Full Automatic Side Angle Grinding Machine (Robot Arm)
The UB-MLC300J is a fully automatic side angle grinding machine for professional-grade carbide-tipped circular saw blades. Side angle grinding puts the clearance on the two flanks of each carbide tip: the tip stands proud of the blade body on both sides, and these two ground faces are what keep the body from rubbing the wall of the cut. They are brazed carbide rather than steel, so they are ground with a diamond wheel: 220# or 280# on this machine, holding grinding precision to 0.02 mm at 20 teeth a minute. It works in a semi-enclosed cabinet and covers blades from 100 to 315 mm diameter, arbor sizes 12 to 50 mm and tooth pitches 5 to 65 mm, and special arbor sizes can be customised. One operator can run 10 to 15 machines.
