Full Automatic Tubing Machine (Robot Arm)
The UB-BPG300A is a fully automatic tubing machine for finished carbide-tipped circular saw blades. Tubing pulls a protective plastic tube over the tooth ring — the last operation on the line, and the one that decides whether the tips arrive at the customer in the state they left the grinder in, since a chipped tip is scrap however well it was ground. It runs at about 3,600 blades per 8-hour shift on blades from 100 to 300 mm diameter with arbor sizes 15 to 50 mm, and special specifications can be customised.
