Automatic Laser Marking Machine (Robot Arm)
The UB-DB300A is an automatic laser marking machine for carbide-tipped and diamond circular saw blades. Laser marking puts the brand, the specification and the safety text onto the blade body by burning the surface rather than printing on it, so the mark does not come off with the coolant and there is no ink or ribbon to buy. It runs at about 3,600 blades per 8-hour shift on blades from 100 to 300 mm diameter with arbor sizes 15 to 50 mm, and special specifications can be customised. One operator can cover several machines.
