Automatic Saw Blade Cleaning Machine
The UB-QX300A is an automatic saw blade cleaning machine that demagnetises, washes and dries in one cycle. A blade coming off the grinders carries coolant, grinding swarf and residual magnetism, and the magnetism is the awkward part: it holds fine swarf onto the blade so that washing alone will not shift it, which is why demagnetising comes first. The machine runs at 1,000 blades an hour on blades from 100 to 300 mm diameter, arbor sizes 10 to 50 mm and plate thicknesses up to 6 mm. One operator can run several sets.
