Full Automatic Face Angle Grinding Machine (Robot Arm)

The UB-MLQ300J is a fully automatic face angle grinding machine for professional-grade carbide-tipped circular saw blades. The face angle, also called the front angle, is the rake surface at the front of each carbide tip — the first surface to meet the workpiece. It sits on brazed carbide rather than on the steel body, so it is ground with a diamond wheel: 240# or 400# on this machine, holding grinding precision to 0.02 mm at 20 teeth a minute. It works in a semi-enclosed cabinet and covers blades from 100 to 315 mm diameter, arbor sizes 12 to 50 mm and tooth pitches 5 to 65 mm, and special arbor sizes can be customised. One operator can run 10 to 15 machines.
