Full Automatic Face Angle Grinding Machine (Robot Arm)

The UB-MLQ300F is a fully automatic face angle grinding machine for professional-grade carbide-tipped circular saw blades. The face angle, also called the front angle, is the rake surface at the front of each carbide tip — the first surface to meet the workpiece. It sits on brazed carbide rather than on the steel body, so it is ground with a diamond wheel: 220# or 280# on this machine, holding grinding precision to 0.02 mm at 20 teeth a minute. It works in a fully enclosed cabinet and covers blades from 100 to 315 mm diameter, with an applicable range of 76 to 260 mm, arbor sizes 12 to 50 mm and tooth pitches up to 65 mm, and special arbor sizes can be customised. One operator can run 10 to 15 machines.
