Full Automatic Reaming Machine (Robot Arm)
The UB-JK300B is a fully automatic reaming machine for the arbor hole of carbide-tipped and diamond circular saw blades. Reaming brings the stamped centre hole out to its finished diameter. It matters more than its size suggests: seat grinding, brazing and every tooth-grinding pass afterwards clamp the blade on that hole, so whatever error is left in it is carried through the rest of the line and shows up as run-out on the finished blade. The machine takes blades from 100 to 300 mm diameter with arbor sizes 15 to 40 mm and bodies up to 10 mm thick; special arbor sizes can be customised. One operator can keep several machines running.
