Full Automatic Sand Blasting Machine (Robot Arm)
The UB-PX400J is a fully automatic sand blasting machine for the tooth ring of carbide-tipped circular saw blades. Blasting takes the brazing residue and oxide off the tooth ring before the teeth are ground; a grinding wheel put straight onto that residue wears quickly and grinds unevenly. Recommended grit is 36# or 46#. The machine works inside a fully enclosed cabinet on blades from 100 to 400 mm diameter with arbor sizes 10 to 50 mm, customisable on request. One operator can run 5 to 6 machines at a shift output of about 2,500 blades.
