Full Automatic Brazing Machine (Robot Arm)
The UB-HTC355D is a fully automatic brazing machine that joins carbide tips to the bodies of circular saw blades, built as a wire-fed type. Brazing is the joint the finished blade depends on: the tip is set into its prepared seat and held by a brazed filler, and a weak joint loses the tooth in the cut however well it was ground afterwards. This machine brazes 650 teeth an hour to a strength of 120 MPa or better, positioning each tooth to within 50 microns, on tips 3.5 to 10 mm long, 1.5 to 8 mm wide and 1.4 to 5 mm thick at front angles of -5 to +35 degrees. It handles blades from 100 to 355 mm diameter with arbor sizes 12 to 50 mm. One operator can run up to 10 machines.

- Left and right teeth are indexed and set automatically, and a blade is finished in one pass, including woodworking and brush-cutter blades
- An infrared pyrometer holds brazing temperature to within 1 degree, which is what makes joint strength repeatable
- An ultra-high-frequency induction heating controller with imported electrics: compact, low energy use, high throughput
