Full Automatic Back Angle Grinding Machine (Robot Arm)

The UB-MLH300F is a fully automatic back angle grinding machine for professional-grade carbide-tipped circular saw blades. Back angle grinding forms the clearance behind the cutting edge: the top of the tooth falls away from the edge so that the edge alone meets the work and the heel of the tooth is not dragged through the cut. That surface is brazed carbide rather than steel, so it is ground with a diamond wheel: 220# or 280# on this machine, holding grinding precision to 0.02 mm at 20 teeth a minute. It works in a fully enclosed cabinet and covers blades from 100 to 315 mm diameter, with an applicable range of 76 to 260 mm, arbor sizes 12 to 50 mm and tooth pitches 5 to 65 mm, and special arbor sizes can be customised. One operator can run 10 to 15 machines.

Automatic wheel compensation on left and right teeth keeps tooth height equal and takes up wear without manual feeding
Grinding allowance for special tooth forms can be set freely
