Saw Blade Welding Strength Tester
The UB-JQD800B is a saw blade welding strength tester for the brazed teeth of carbide-tipped circular saw blades. Every tooth on a finished blade is held on by its brazed joint, so that joint's strength is the difference between a blade that works and one that loses a tooth in service. This machine applies a set force to a brazed tooth and reports whether the joint stands it, which is how a batch is checked before the blades go on to be ground. It reads from 0 to 500 kg to a precision of 1 kg, on blades from 100 to 800 mm diameter with arbor sizes 15 to 50 mm.
