Automatic Rough Grinding Machine (Robot Arm)
The UB-MCU300A is an automatic rough grinding machine for carbide-tipped circular saw blades. Roughing is the first pass over the sides of the brazed tips: it takes the bulk of the stock off, so the side-angle machine after it is left with a light, even finishing cut. The work runs in a semi-enclosed cabinet at 15 to 30 teeth a minute, at side angles of 0 to 5 degrees and a grinding width of 1 to 20 mm. It covers blades from 100 to 355 mm diameter, arbor sizes 12 to 50 mm (specials on request) and tooth pitches up to 80 mm. One operator can run several machines.
