CIRCULAR SAW BLADE PRODUCTION LINE

Machines for Every Step of Carbide Saw Blade Manufacturing

We supply the automatic equipment for every stage of carbide circular saw blade production — from brazing to packaging. Each step is covered by a dedicated, robot-loaded machine, so you can source a full turnkey line or add single stations to an existing workshop.

Circular saw blade center-hole reaming process

Center-Hole Reaming

Reams the arbor hole to final size. Stepper-driven auto-centering gives high hole accuracy and stable performance; robot loading lets one operator tend several machines at once.

Circular saw blade tooth seat grinding process

Tooth Seat Grinding

Grinds the carbide seat flat and true. A precise mechanical feed keeps seat position and depth consistent, correcting stamping runout for better blade balance and stability.

Runout corrected to ≤0.05 mm — ~15,000 teeth/shift

Circular saw blade polishing process

Polishing

Coolant-based body polishing limits heat to keep the blade flat. A twin-spindle design polishes alternately to cut idle time, with automatic feed for a clean, even finish.

Brazing

Fully automatic high-frequency brazing bonds carbide tips to the blade body. Robot-arm loading lets one operator run several machines, with tight temperature control for a consistent, reliable bond.

±1°C temp control — one operator, up to 10 machines

Circular saw blade sand blasting process

Sand Blasting

Fully enclosed, eco-friendly tooth-ring blasting. Multiple synchronized guns speed changeovers and dust recovery reuses abrasive to cut cost, while robot loading keeps labor low.

Enclosed & eco — ~2,500 blades/shift

Circular saw blade weld strength testing process

Weld Strength Test

Servo-driven testing checks each tooth’s braze bond before grinding. Programmable peak-force detection with data logging holds a set pressure and dwell time for accurate, repeatable quality control.

Circular saw blade laser marking process

Laser Marking

Permanent laser marking of the finished blade. Automatic PLC operation with robot load/unload and an indexing turntable keeps marking stable and fast.

Permanent marking — ~3,600 blades/shift
