Automatic laser hardening of cutting edges on edged pliers, such as combination, long-nose and diagonal pliers, and on 8-inch and standard bolt cutters, with modular changeover.

  • 8-inch bolt cutters are manually batch-loaded for continuous automatic hardening.
  • Standard bolt cutters can be fed manually and continuously for automatic hardening.
  • A chain conveyor with lift assists unloading of standard bolt cutters.
  • Two laser heads heat both sides of the cutting edge; the machine includes a laser generator, hardening-point camera and display, and fume purifier.
